PRODUCTION
Every piece carries our own style, our know-how. It is a precise handwork. The basis is quality materials that are custom made. Our products consists of bijoux components, cut gemstones, minerals, resin and glass rhinestones, custom-made glass pearls which are hand-dyed and custom-made filigrees. It takes a few days to produce easier crown and a week or two to produce a demanding one.
DELIVERY
Shipment of the product depends on whether the product is in stock and also on how long the production time is. You can see this information in the description of each product. If you are in a hurry to place your order, please let us know before purchasing in a message. We will try to do everything for your satisfaction.
Standard free shipping in EU takes about 4-8 business days, for USA 10-15 business days and for the rest of the world 15-25 business days. It depends on post office services and we cannot affect that. Shipping time is estimated and based on real delivery times. Shipping time is not guaranteed. Also could be delayed because of Covid worldwide pandemic situation.
You can upgrade the shipment to UPS (in the shipping settings at the checkout), which will guarantee the delivery time of your order within 2 - 4 working days, depending on your country. UPS service costs depends on size of your ordered product. The price is in range from 25-50 €.
